RETURN’S AND REFUND POLICY

At Maker of Curious Creatures, I appreciate your support for my handmade items. Here’s my return policy:

I use Royal Mail to post items.

Curious creatures are posted via special delivery, fully tracked and insured.

Eligibility for Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your order you can return items within 7 days of receipt To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. buyer is responsible for returns postage. Postage is not included in the refund.

Process:
To begin a return, please email me your order number and a brief reason for the return at creatureworkshop@outlook.com I will provide you with return instructions.

Shipping Costs:
You pay for return shipping. I recommend using a tracked service as I am not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds:. the refund will be issued to your original payment method . but please note you will be refunded for original item cost but not for the cost of postage. Return postage and safe delivery of the item are the customer’s responsibility. item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Exchanges:
I do not offer exchanges as no two items are the same.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 48 hours. Photographic proof must be provided before a refund including shipping costs is given.

Each curious creature will be sent via Royal Mail via special delivery fully tracked and insured, depending on postcode this could arrive with you before 1pm the next day or if you are further away please look at postcode exceptions below for longer times.

Orders will be posted as soon as payment has cleared which can take 1-2 business days but may take longer on bank holidays and over weekends, i will email you when payment has cleared and will post your order within 24hrs
